This 36BR3 model is designed for both comfort and practicality, starting at the rear with a private bedroom featuring two 36" x 74" twin beds, each with its own curtain and plenty of storage drawers underneath, plus doors for added privacy. In the middle, the main living area offers a cozy chaise lounge perfect for relaxing in front of the TV and fireplace, with a hidden pantry tucked behind for smart storage. A central bar top with chairs creates the perfect gathering spot for meals, games, or evening drinks. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with a 16-cu. ft. refrigerator, microwave, 21" range, and abundant overhead cabinets for all your essentials. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower with skylight and a linen closet for extra convenience. At the front, the private bedroom provides a luxurious retreat with a king bed featuring Versa Tilt technology, a dresser, bench, and a spacious wardrobe to keep everything organized.

With any Impression fifth wheel by Forest River, the focus of the design is comfort and value, built with quality craftsmanship and attention to customer's desires in each Impression! The exterior includes upgraded E-rated tires, custom exterior graphics package, and insulated slam latch baggage doors. There is also an enclosed docking station, an outside shower, and a 100W roof panel for off-grid capabilities. The fully heated and enclosed AccessiBelly has removable underbelly panels along with enclosed tank valves. There is an industry leading 15K A/C plus 35K BTU furnace to keep you comfortable. The interior has lumbercore cabinetry, residential linoleum, residential backsplash in the kitchen, and oversized opening windows in the living area for more natural lighting and good air flow.
