    Excellent customer service! I am a first time camper owner and had tons of questions. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They did a demo for me and showed me how everything works. They let you stay at their campground to try everything out which was super helpful because if you have question they’re right there to answer or come show you whatever you need. I am out of state right now staying in the travel trailer I bought from Bells and I set it up for the first time all by myself and couldn’t have done it without them. I would recommend Bell Camper Sales to everyone I know! Especially first timers. They are wonderful! And I love my new home away from home!

    We bought a Kz Durango gold October 2021, 1st week we had issues. Service dept is horrible no one has any knowledge to help. Heater quit, tv quit, stove quit, took back to shop. Solar panels never hooked up properly. Initial training for dealer techs did not know how to do anything technology wise. Even told us they was not tech people told us to look it up and figure it out from internet. A year later we finally go back into camper. Slides quit working. Again service cannot help. Sorry. We had to pay an individual mobile person to help get slides in to move. Then we had to over ride system to get slides back out. Called bells today they said we will give you a number to call so you can manually get slides in and bring to shop. We live in this camper. We have no place to live to have camper in shop for weeks. They do not care they will not allow us to speak to owner either said he won’t do anything for you. Refused to let us speak to anyone else. Called Kz customer care. They had no better options. Other dealers won’t want to take care of you either they are way behind and can’t fit you in. Better off to live in a shack instead of. 100k camper that does not work. Absolutely the worst experience with a dealer in my life. Very frustrating. No one should buy a product like this without a great service department. Because they do require service. Stay away from this dealer.

    Shopped for several months and spent a lot of time with Ryan Rogers, my sales guy. Great experience all the way around. Smokey, the sales manager, is genuinely concerned you get the right camper and doesn't try to upsell. Overall, great experience. Recommend you drive to Bartlesville if shopping in the Tulsa area. Definitely worth the drive. Need to add a couple comments about service, walk through, and 2 nights camping to learn all the systems ... They're pretty awesome, especially the 2 ladies at the service counter.

    I was told there would only be a soft inquiry to my credit but there were not one but two hard inquiries on my credit report
